Who publishes the recipes

The Vzano Recipes editorial team is the editorial publisher for recipes.vzano.com. The name identifies responsibility for sourcing, English-language adaptation and the published recipe data; it does not imply chef training, restaurant experience or personal credentials that are not stated here.

From a direct source to a local recipe

Each recipe starts with an identified direct recipe source. Ingredients, quantities, sequence, timings and yield are retained when that source supports them, while names and units are adapted to familiar English kitchen usage. Conversions are recorded in the source data and must not add precision that the original does not provide.

What “reviewed” means

Reviewed means the source address, ingredient quantities, instruction order, metadata and final rendered page have been checked against the recipe evidence. It does not mean the dish was cooked or tasted in a Vzano kitchen unless a separate first-party test is explicitly recorded in that recipe's source data.

Request a correction

Email corrections to kontakt@vzano.com. Include the recipe URL and identify the disputed step, ingredient or amount so it can be checked against both the source and the published page.
